The Phantom Client

Project Description

The Phantom Client is a just-for-fun project that I put together to get the attention of a good friend and client who was not returning my calls or emails. It was late spring and his business is landscaping, so I needed a way to break through the 16-hour days and establish contact.

Project Details

This video short was created in Adobe After Effects CS6 using:

• The original score from Star Wars by John Williams.
• Static photographs of the Earth, Death Star, and a sample landscape design modified in Adobe Photoshop CS6.
• A star field created in Adobe Photoshop CS6. (It’s there, but hard to see at this size.)
• An Adobe Illustrator CS6 image of the client’s logo that I recreated.

I didn’t make it too fancy, but it was fun, and we had a good laugh over it.
